Fall is Approaching?

For many, the start of the school year ushers in the season of fall.  The air is crisp and there's a slight chill in the air.  Maybe you even need a sweater in the evenings.  Not so in Texas.  The average temperature here in the month of September is 90 degrees.  Yesterday it was a balmy 94!  So we cooled off by hanging out in our pool and eating homemade popsicles.  We make popsicles by pureeing strawberries, then mixing in yogurt, a little vanilla extract and a bit of agave nectar (or honey, sugar, or sweetener of your choice).  So simple and the kids love them!  Here are some photos.
